I use to always drink Heineken, when I first started drinking and wanted a quality beer. Shortly after I developed a more well rounded taste for beer, and I gave up on Heineken for a while. Then when they released their light counterpart, Heineken Light, I was drawn back to them again. But that didn’t last long either.

So…How’re they going to get people like me to drink their beer more often?

With all these quality beers that are beckoning for me to drink them and gave them a try, they have to bust out some bad ass subliminal advertising.

So they did.

This new commercial is awesome. It captures the essence of the joy of not having to deal with your car at the end of a night of drinking, while being drunk and having a great time. Then we got our boy the cab driver who just starts rockin out to Biz Markie. Who the hell wouldn’t want to have a driver like that? And all because they drank Heineken earlier in the night…
